    Store Policies

    SHIPPING:
    Orders are shipped within 5-7 business days.  Most orders ship within 48 hours, but there are times we are awaiting restocking and we don't want to send the dreaded backorder or out of stock email.  If an item you order is backordered or out of stock, you will receive an email.  Please note that not responding to the email can and most likely WILL delay your order processing time.  We will NOT just substitute a like product, you bought what you wanted and we don't want to assume that we can just change it on you.  We do NOT charge your credit card until an your order ships, we do however, authorize your card at time of purchase.

    ***FLAT RATE shipping applies as follows: 
    FLAT RATE to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii applies to APPAREL ITEMS ONLY. 
    FLAT RATE US Shipping applies to CONTINENTAL US and applies to all items that qualify.
    If you do not live in the CONTINENTAL US (unless your order is apparel only AND qualifies for flat rate shipping) you will receive an updated invoice when we process your order and you will have 72 Hours to change your order.  If you do not notify us within 72 hours your order will be processed and shipped as is. 

    EXPRESS SHIPPING:
    If you would like express shipping please call or email us and we will be happy to quote you the express shipping charges.  This will not speed up your order processing time.

    INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
    Here is the scoop on international shipping.  We will ship your items with the least cost to you.  If we can fit your entire order into a 12"x12"x5.5" Box (Large Flat Rate box- per the USPS) or Regular Flate Rate Box (11-7/8"x3-3/8"x13-5/8", 11"x8.5"x5.5")  and your order weighs under 20#, then your shipping charge will be the flat rate shipping to your location as shown on the USPS website http://www.usps.com (Post office price).  SHOES do NOT fit (trust us we tried).   

    RETURNS:
    Every so often it is necessary to return an item.  At EDF we try to make this situation as painless as possible.  To be eligible for our returns policy you MUST call or email us for an RA number.  NO item (in any condition) may be returned to us without an RA number.  DO NOT ship something back to us and then call for the RA number. 

    Return/Exchange for Damaged, Broke, or Incorrect Shipments:
    Damaged, broken, or incorrect merchandise will be replaced at our expense.  When we issue an RA number we will arrange the shipping with you, most of the time this will be a UPS/FedEx call tag that we will email to you.  You will have 10 days to use this call tag or it will expire as will your ability to return your item(s).  At our discretion we may cross ship a replacement item to you, after we are notified that UPS/FedEx has in fact picked up your return.

    Return/Exchange for Other Reasons:
    Items being returned for refund or exchange DO REQUIRE an RA number and you must arrange your own shipping. We can issue a call tag for you, but you will be charged the actual shipping cost plus a $8 fee.  All items must be returned in their original packaging in resaleable condition within 30 days of Receipt.  Merchandise returned after 30 days that is not broken or damaged will be charged a restocking fee of 20%.  NO refund will be given if returned merchandise is not resaleable.  In all cases, shipping charges will not be refundedThere is no restocking fee for exchanges, you will however, be charged for shipping.

    Please be mindful that if we issue you a call tag, you have 10 days to call UPS/FedEx to pick-up or the item is non-returnable/exchangeable, even if you paid us for the call tag. 

    There are certain items that are not returnable once they are opened (that means the plastic seal is broken, the bag is opened, etc...) they are:
    Any Supplement, any worn apparel, all forms of exercise mats.


    Apparel Products are not refundable,
    we will only offer exchange or store credit, sorry for this, but we can't send them back either.
    Our Wii Combo Packages are not refundable nor are they returnable. 
    If you buy a Wii and there is a problem you must call Nintendo for support.  ALL Wii Game systems are covered by the manufacturers warranty.  Games and DDR products are returnable, and the regular return rules apply.

    Should a refund be issued it will be placed on the credit card used to place the order, in the event that card is not available a store credit will be issued.  Please keep in mind it may take up to 3 weeks for the refund to be placed back on your credit card and it may take up to 2 billing cycles for it to show on your bill.  In the case of damaged merchandise being exchanged for a backordered item, a store credit will be issued.
      ALL EXCHANGES require a credit card guarantee to insure we receive the original items back.  **NO EXCEPTIONS!!!  Should you have ANY questions regarding these policies please feel free to call during regular business hours, or send us an email anytime.
