A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order. HOWEVER, if you are buying items that qualify for Free Shipping* and you are outside the free ship area, you will receive an email with the corrected shipping. We will not charge your credit card for additional shipping charges without contacting you.
Q: Sales Tax -- CT only
A: Sales Tax is only collected for residents of Connecticut and Texas. Sales tax of 6% is collected for Connecticut, and 8.25% for Texas.
Q: What is the procedure for an international order?
A: Place your order normally, we will send you an email with the correct shipping price. If you paid by credit card we will re-authorize your creidt card for the new total (this will look like 2 authorizations, but the first one will get cancelled). Your credit card is not actually charged until we ship. If you paid with PayPal, you will receive a paypal invoice for the additional charges.
Q: Do You ship to Military APO/FPO Boxes?
A: Yes we do.
Q: How can I request print catalog?
A: At this time, we currently do not offer a print catalog. We are working diligently on this.
